Shipping Policy

Paperback delivery

We ship physical books within the United States only. Books are printed on demand by Lulu, typically within 3–5 business days, and then shipped. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination and carrier. Standard shipping is $9.95. Priority shipping with tracking is available at checkout for $19.95. Extra gift copies ship to the same address in a separate package with standard shipping.

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Shipping charges are shown before payment.

Digital delivery

Digital products are available to download on your confirmation page after successful payment. Save that private page, or contact support if you need your downloads again. If you need help accessing your files, contact support@aquietprotector.com.

Delays or delivery problems

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will let you know, provide an updated estimate, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund. Contact us if a book arrives damaged or appears to be lost.
